Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Completeful, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.
Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with Completeful, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You may not use Completeful to:
- Upload copyrighted or trademarked content you don't own
- Create products with illegal, hateful, or harmful content
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
Content Violations:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the designs and content you upload. By using our service, you grant Completeful a license to:
- Reproduce your designs on products as ordered
- Store your files for fulfillment purposes
- Display your designs in mockups and product listings (only in your account)
Payment Terms
- You will be charged for each order placed through your connected store
- Charges are processed within 24 hours of order receipt
- You're responsible for maintaining valid payment methods
- Failed payments may result in order cancellation
- Refunds are issued according to our Returns & Refunds policy
Limitation of Liability
Completeful shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Service interruptions or delays beyond our control
- Third-party actions (carriers, payment processors, etc.)
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- You can close your account anytime from your account settings
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, you'll have 30 days to download your data
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
