Understand our return and refund policy for quality issues, damaged products, and customer satisfaction guarantees.

Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every product we produce. If there's a quality issue, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund—no questions asked.

What We Cover:

  • ✓ Printing defects (smudges, fading, misalignment)
  • ✓ Product defects (damage, incorrect size/color)
  • ✓ Shipping damage
  • ✓ Wrong item shipped

Return Window

Quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to offer replacements or refunds.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact our support team with the order number
  2. Provide clear photos showing the issue
  3. Describe what's wrong with the product
  4. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
  5. If approved, we'll send a replacement or process a refund

Customer Preference Returns

Returns due to customer preference (wrong size, changed mind, etc.) are handled according to your store's return policy, not Completeful's.

Recommendation:

Clearly state your return/exchange policy in your store to set proper customer expectations. Most POD sellers offer refunds for quality issues only, not size exchanges or preference returns.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • We process the refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank
