- Receive a quote: We'll send you pricing with the appropriate volume discount (5%-30% off) and production timeline within 24 hours
- Approve and pay: Review the quote and submit payment (50% deposit required for orders over $1,000)
- Production begins: We'll keep you updated with progress photos and expected ship date
