4. Product Creation in Completeful

1. Select Add New Product within the Completeful dashboard.
2. Choose the desired product category (apparel, drinkware, accessories, etc.).
3. Upload print-ready artwork (PNG or JPG, high resolution recommended).
4. Configure:
   • Print placement
   • Product variants (size, color)
   • Mockups and preview images

5. Publish and Sync Products to Shopify

1. Publish the completed product from Completeful.
2. The product will automatically sync into Shopify → Products.
3. Adjust the following in Shopify if needed:
   • Retail pricing
   • Product descriptions
   • SEO settings
4. Inventory is managed by Completeful; no manual stock tracking is required.

6. Order Processing and Fulfillment Flow

1. Customer places an order in the Shopify storefront.
2. Order data is automatically transmitted to Completeful.
3. Completeful:
   • Produces the item
   • Packages and ships the order
4. Tracking information and fulfillment status are pushed back to Shopify.

• Use high-resolution artwork to ensure print quality.
• Include fulfillment and shipping costs when setting retail pricing.
• Place test orders to validate product quality and delivery timelines.
• Review variant mappings to avoid size or color mismatches.

• Confirm the app remains installed and permissions are unchanged.
• Verify product variants match between Completeful and Shopify.
