Handling Quality Issues

What to do if a product arrives damaged, has printing defects, or doesn't meet quality standards. Learn about our quality guarantee and replacement process.

Our Quality Guarantee

At Completeful, we're committed to delivering high-quality products. Every item goes through quality checks before shipping. However, if you or your customer receives a product with quality issues, we'll make it right.

Our Promise:

We'll replace or refund any product that doesn't meet our quality standards at no additional cost to you.

Common Quality Issues

Printing Defects

  • Smudged, faded, or misaligned prints
  • Incorrect colors or low print quality
  • Missing design elements

Product Defects

  • Damaged or torn fabric
  • Broken or cracked items (mugs, accessories)
  • Wrong size or color received

Shipping Damage

  • Items damaged during transit
  • Packaging issues causing product damage

How to Report a Quality Issue

If you or your customer identifies a quality issue, follow these steps:

  1. Document the issue: Take clear photos showing the defect from multiple angles
  2. Gather order information: Have the order number and customer details ready
  3. Contact support: Open a support ticket within 30 days of delivery
  4. Submit photos: Upload the photos you took of the quality issue
  5. Describe the problem: Provide a detailed description of what's wrong

Resolution Process

Once you submit a quality issue report, here's what happens:

Review (24-48 hours)

Our quality team reviews your submission and the photos provided

Approval

If the issue is confirmed, we immediately approve a replacement or refund

Resolution

We'll either reprint and reship the product or issue a full refund

Replacement vs. Refund

In most cases, we'll offer to replace the defective product at no charge. However, you can choose a refund instead if:

  • The customer no longer wants the product
  • You prefer to refund your customer directly
  • The issue cannot be resolved through a replacement

Preventing Quality Issues

Reduce quality issues by:

  • ✓ Following our artwork upload guidelines
  • ✓ Using high-resolution images (300 DPI minimum)
  • ✓ Ordering sample products before selling
  • ✓ Reviewing mockups carefully before publishing
  • ✓ Understanding color accuracy limitations

Timeframe for Reporting

Quality issues must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
