  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Add Payment Method"
  4. Enter your card details or select a digital wallet option
  5. Click "Save" to confirm

Security Notice:

All payment information is encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Setting a Default Payment Method

If you have multiple payment methods on file, you can set one as the default:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Find the payment method you want to use as default
  3. Click the three dots menu and select "Set as Default"

Your default payment method will be automatically charged when orders are placed. This ensures seamless order processing without manual intervention.

How Billing Works

Here's what happens when a customer places an order:

1

Order Received

Your customer completes a purchase in your store

2

Automatic Charge

We charge your payment method for the base cost + shipping within 24 hours

3

Production Begins

Once payment is processed, we start producing and shipping the order

Understanding Your Invoices

You receive an invoice for each order processed. Invoices include:

  • Order number and date
  • Product details and quantities
  • Base cost breakdown
  • Shipping costs
  • Total amount charged

Access all your invoices in Settings → Billing → Invoice History. You can download them as PDF for your records.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we'll notify you immediately via email. Common reasons include:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Expired card
  • Card declined by issuer
  • Incorrect billing information

Action Required:

If a payment fails, you have 48 hours to update your payment method and retry. Orders with failed payments will be automatically canceled after this period.

Updating Billing Information

To update your billing address or other billing details:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Edit Billing Information"
  3. Update your details
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Removing a Payment Method

You can remove payment methods that you no longer use:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Find the payment method you want to remove
  3. Click the three dots menu and select "Remove"

Important:

You must have at least one active payment method on file. You cannot remove your default payment method without setting a new default first.
