Browser Compatibility Issues

- Clear your browser cache and cookies

Designer Tool Issues
If the product designer tool isn't loading or responding:
Problem: Design not saving
Solution:
- • Check your internet connection
- • Make sure you're logged in
- • Try refreshing the page
- • Clear browser cache
Problem: Image upload failing
Solution:
- • Verify file format (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF) - see supported formats
- • Check file size (must be under 20MB)
- • Ensure image resolution is at least 300 DPI
- • Try converting to PNG format
Problem: Colors look different
Solution:
- • Review our color accuracy guide
- • Calibrate your monitor
- • Order a sample to see actual colors
- • Use sRGB color profile
Store Integration Problems
Having trouble connecting your Shopify, Etsy, or WooCommerce store?
Products not syncing
- Verify the integration is still connected in Settings → Integrations
- Check if your store platform is experiencing outages
- Re-authenticate the connection
- Manually trigger a sync from the dashboard

Orders not importing
- Confirm the order was placed after connecting to Completeful
- Check if the product is properly mapped
- Verify your payment method is valid

Payment and Billing Issues

Payment Declined
Common causes and solutions:
- Insufficient funds: Add funds to your account or use a different payment method
- Expired card: Update your payment method in Settings → Billing
- Incorrect billing info: Verify your billing address matches your card
- Bank security block: Contact your bank to authorize charges from Completeful

If the dashboard or designer tool is running slowly:

Login and Account Access
Can't log in
- Verify you're using the correct email address
- Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password
- Check if caps lock is on
- Clear browser cache and try again
- Try a different browser or device
2FA issues
If you can't access your two-factor authentication:
- • Use one of your recovery codes
- • Sync your authenticator app time settings
- • Contact support for account recovery
Clearing Browser Cache
Many issues can be resolved by clearing your browser cache:
Chrome
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)
- Select "All time" as the time range
- Check "Cached images and files"
- Click "Clear data"
Safari
- Go to Safari → Preferences → Privacy
- Click "Manage Website Data"
- Click "Remove All"
- Confirm by clicking "Remove Now"
