Common Troubleshooting Steps

Solutions to common technical issues, browser compatibility, and performance problems.

Browser Compatibility Issues

Completeful works best with modern, updated browsers. If you're experiencing issues, try these solutions:

Recommended Browsers

  • • Chrome (version 90+)
  • • Firefox (version 88+)
  • • Safari (version 14+)
  • • Edge (version 90+)

Quick Fixes

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  2. Disable browser extensions temporarily
  3. Update your browser to the latest version
  4. Try using incognito/private mode

Designer Tool Issues

If the product designer tool isn't loading or responding:

Problem: Design not saving

Solution:

  • • Check your internet connection
  • • Make sure you're logged in
  • • Try refreshing the page
  • • Clear browser cache

Problem: Image upload failing

Solution:

  • • Verify file format (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF) - see supported formats
  • • Check file size (must be under 20MB)
  • • Ensure image resolution is at least 300 DPI
  • • Try converting to PNG format

Problem: Colors look different

Solution:

  • • Review our color accuracy guide
  • • Calibrate your monitor
  • • Order a sample to see actual colors
  • • Use sRGB color profile

Store Integration Problems

Having trouble connecting your Shopify, Etsy, or WooCommerce store?

Products not syncing

  1. Verify the integration is still connected in Settings → Integrations
  2. Check if your store platform is experiencing outages
  3. Re-authenticate the connection
  4. Manually trigger a sync from the dashboard
  5. Check our integrations page

Orders not importing

  1. Confirm the order was placed after connecting to Completeful
  2. Check if the product is properly mapped
  3. Verify your payment method is valid
  4. Look for failed order notifications in your email

Payment and Billing Issues

If you're experiencing payment problems:

Payment Declined

Common causes and solutions:

  • Insufficient funds: Add funds to your account or use a different payment method
  • Expired card: Update your payment method in Settings → Billing
  • Incorrect billing info: Verify your billing address matches your card
  • Bank security block: Contact your bank to authorize charges from Completeful

Slow Performance

If the dashboard or designer tool is running slowly:

Performance Tips:

  • ✓ Close unused browser tabs
  • ✓ Clear browser cache and cookies
  • ✓ Disable unnecessary browser extensions
  • ✓ Check your internet connection speed
  • ✓ Try using a different browser
  • ✓ Restart your computer
  • ✓ Optimize large image files before uploading

Login and Account Access

Can't log in

  1. Verify you're using the correct email address
  2. Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password
  3. Check if caps lock is on
  4. Clear browser cache and try again
  5. Try a different browser or device

2FA issues

If you can't access your two-factor authentication:

  • • Use one of your recovery codes
  • • Sync your authenticator app time settings
  • • Contact support for account recovery

Clearing Browser Cache

Many issues can be resolved by clearing your browser cache:

Chrome

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)
  2. Select "All time" as the time range
  3. Check "Cached images and files"
  4. Click "Clear data"

Safari

  1. Go to Safari → Preferences → Privacy
  2. Click "Manage Website Data"
  3. Click "Remove All"
  4. Confirm by clicking "Remove Now"
